VIFON dried vermicelli is made from starch, potatoes combined with green bean starch, produced on a modern, closed automatic production line, from the stage of mixing the flour to the finished product, so the VIFON vermicelli is clear, has a soft, chewy and delicious taste. More specifically, this product is processed in a variety of ways: to cook soup dishes, use to roll spring rolls and especially mixed vermicelli, stir-fried vermicelli…. bringing diverse and attractive dishes and rich in nutrition.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
✔ Method 1 – Cook chicken, pork, beef broth or hot pot. After boiling, add the vermicelli. Cook for about 3 – 3.5 minutes and it can be used immediately.
✔ Method 2 – Boil water, then add the dried vermicelli and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove and rinse with cold water, drain, then add a little cooking oil and mix well. Can be stir-fried with shrimp, crab, meat, eggs, vegetables and spices of your choice.
✔ Method 3 – Soak the vermicelli in cold water for about 5 – 7 minutes. Remove and drain, cut into short pieces and mix well with other ingredients and spring roll spices of your choice. Fry until golden brown and ready to eat
