Meizan Premium Egg Noodles (500g) are made from wheat flour and chicken eggs, and must go through a closed production process under strict supervision and inspection to create chewy, golden egg noodles. Meizan Premium Egg Noodles are made from premium wheat flour, with fresh chicken eggs that have been quarantined, produced on an automatic line using modern technology, for naturally chewy, delicious noodles that are safe for health.
The ingredients are all natural, do not contain chemicals, do not use preservatives, and meet food hygiene and safety requirements.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour (85%), tapioca starch (10%), fresh eggs (3.5%), iodized salt, turmeric powder, stabilizer (E401), natural color (E160aii)
Instructions for use:
Step 1: Put the noodles in boiling water. Boil for about 2 – 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not overcook.
Step 2: Remove the noodles, rinse with cold water and drain.
Step 3: Add a little cooking oil and mix well so that the noodles do not stick together.
Step 4: Process into soups and stir-fries as desired. Instructions for storage in a cool, dry place.
