Ingredients: Water, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, chili, iodized salt (NaCl, KIO3), soybean oil, flavor enhancer (621), stabilizer (1422, 415), tomato concentrate, garlic, ginger, shallot, tamarind, acidity regulator (270, 260, 330), preservative (202), synthetic color (160c (i), 129).
Instructions for use: 90g sauce packet for 500g ribs. Shake well before use.
Method 1:
– Step 1: Saute minced onion and garlic until fragrant, add ribs and stir-fry until cooked
– Step 2: Add 1 packet of sauce, stir well for about 2-3 minutes to absorb the spices.
– Step 3: Add water to cover the ribs, after boiling, reduce heat, cook until the ribs are tender and the sauce thickens, then serve
Method 2:
– Step 1: Marinate the ribs with 2/3 of the sauce for about 15 minutes.
– Step 2: Saute minced onion and garlic until fragrant, add marinated ribs, fry until the edges are slightly browned. When the ribs are golden brown, add water to cover the ribs, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cook until the ribs are tender.
– Step 3: Add the chopped vegetables (onions, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, pineapple, …) and the remaining sauce, stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked.
– Step 4: Add chopped green onions, stir well. Put the ribs on a plate, serve with hot rice.
