Cholimex Beef Stew Sauce is a product manufactured using modern technology, quality raw materials, ensuring safety for users.
The product is a combination of typical spices to create a beef stew sauce package, containing no preservatives or toxic colorants.
Ingredients: Water, soybean oil, salt, sugar, lemongrass, curry leaves, cinnamon powder, star anise powder, cloves, chili, ginger, shallots, tomatoes, garlic, … Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Place of manufacture: Vietnam.
How to use: Marinate the beef with 2/3 of the sauce for about 20 minutes. Saute the chopped onions, garlic, and lemongrass, add the marinated beef and stir well until the meat is firm. Add boiling water or fresh coconut water to cover the meat, bring to a boil, simmer and cover for 60 – 70 minutes. Add peeled and cut carrots and cook for about 10 – 20 minutes. Add the remaining sauce and tapioca starch dissolved in water and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and pour into a bowl. Serve with bread, noodles, or rice.
