Barona Complete Seasoning Sauce – Lemongrass Grilled Meat is used to prepare Lemongrass Grilled Meat. In addition, you can use it for spare ribs and pork belly, both are delicious. If the meat has a little fat, it will be more delicious.
Instructions for making the dish: Lemongrass Grilled Meat
Step 1: 500g spare ribs/meat/fish. Marinate with Barona Complete Seasoning Sauce – Lemongrass Grilled Meat and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil for 60 to 90 minutes so that the spices are absorbed into each fiber of meat.
Step 2: Arrange the ribs in the oven, bake at 175oC for about 20 minutes. Note: Can be grilled with charcoal or microwave.
Step 3: Turn the ribs over and brush the marinade on the surface of the ribs, continue to bake for about 20 minutes until the ribs are soft and golden brown.
Step 4: Arrange the ribs on a plate. Serve with hot rice or vermicelli.
Lemongrass grilled seasoning sauce can be made with many types of ingredients to create many delicious dishes such as marinating with lean meat for grilled pork vermicelli, or marinating with fish/chicken or shrimp to create grilled lemongrass fish/chicken/shrimp. If you like spicy food, you can add a little minced chili and mix well when marinating to have a delicious grilled lemongrass chili dish for the whole family.
