Instructions for making the dish: Korean BBQ
Step 1: Cut 500g of spare ribs into long pieces and wash them. Marinate the ribs with 1 packet of Barona Complete Seasoning Sauce – Korean BBQ and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, marinate for about 60 minutes for the ribs to absorb the flavor evenly.
Step 2: Bake the ribs in the oven at 160oC for about 15 minutes (you can use a charcoal stove or microwave to bake).
Step 3: Brush the remaining marinade on the surface of the ribs and turn the ribs over, then continue brushing on the remaining rib surface, bake for about 15 more minutes until the ribs are soft and have a reddish color.
Step 4: Decorate the ribs on a plate with some lettuce and cucumber, serve immediately with hot rice.
