1. Ingredients (servings for 6 – 8 people)
1 packet of Barona Complete Broth – Spicy and Sour Hotpot
200g shrimp, 200g squid, 300g clams, 200g beef.
Assorted mushrooms, water spinach, banana blossom, water mimosa, 4 lemongrass stalks.
Vermicelli or noodles
2. Steps
Step 1: Boil 1.8 liters of water, add 1 packet of Barona Complete Broth – Spicy and Sour Hot Pot and crushed lemongrass then boil
Step 2: Add shrimp, squid, clams and bring to a boil again
Step 3: Add mushrooms and bring to a boil, then dip vegetables, beef and enjoy. Serve with vermicelli/noodles
Tip: Add a few slices of galangal to your liking to enhance the aroma of the hot pot or add Barona premium XO shrimp satay if you like it spicier
