Instructions for making the dish: Crab Hotpot
1. Ingredients (serving for 4 – 5 people)
300g pork cartilage ribs/young ribs.
300g beef.
Ear sausage/sausage.
Fried tofu.
Tomatoes.
A few shallots.
Vegetables for hotpot: water spinach, Malabar spinach, shredded banana flower, enoki mushrooms.
Vermicelli/rice paper.
1 packet of Barona Complete Broth – Crab Hotpot.
2. Implementation
Step 1: Simmer pork ribs/cartilage with 1.8 liters of water over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Add 1 packet of Barona Complete Broth – Crab Hotpot, add the mixture of fried shallots and cooked tomatoes, bring to a boil.
Step 3: Add mushrooms, bring to a boil, then add pork ear/ham, tofu, vegetables and dip the meat in, bring to a boil again & enjoy.
Tips: With the same cooking method, you can vary the Crab Hotpot dish by replacing the cartilage ribs with pork bones and replacing the vegetables such as: luffa, squash blossoms, jute… as you like.

Rieu cua dong 60% (crab dong 30%, water, egg, iodized salt, pork, tomato, dried shrimp), pork bone broth 20%, fish sauce, sugar, shallot, emulsifier (1422, 415), soybean oil, flavor enhancer (621, 631, 627, 640), pepper, natural color (paprika oleoresin), antioxidant (307b). The product contains fish, eggs, soybeans, shrimp.
