Barona Complete Broth – Beef Hotpot is used to prepare Beef Hotpot without any additional seasoning.
Instructions for making the dish: Beef Hotpot
1. Ingredients (servings for 6 – 8 people)
Ox tendon/tail: 1kg.
Onion: 1 bulb.
Taro: 3 – 4 bulbs.
Soft tofu: 1 tree.
Assorted mushrooms (enoki mushrooms, lingzhi mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms…): as desired.
Green mustard greens: as desired.
Malabar spinach: as desired.
Gotu kola: as desired.
Egg noodles/vermicelli: as desired.
Barona Beef Hotpot Spice Packet (Barona Complete Broth – Beef Hotpot): 1 packet.
2. Implementation
Step 1: Simmer the ox tendon/tail with whole onions until the meat is tender, then remove the beef and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Next, boil 2 liters of beef broth and add 1 packet of Barona beef hot pot seasoning and a Five-spice Herb filter bag. Add the pre-fried taro and cook over low heat until the taro is soft
Step 3: Add mushrooms, vegetables, and soft tofu in order, cook until done, and enjoy with beef tendon/tail and vermicelli/noodles

Ingredients:
Broth bag: 60% beef bone broth, 15% fresh vegetable and fruit extract (garlic, onion, turmeric, green onion, tomato), synthetic color (pure caramel), natural color (paprika oleoresin), acidity regulator (260, 330), antioxidant (307b).
Five-spice Herb filter bag: Cinnamon, star anise, coriander seeds, fennel, cloves.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store Barona beef hot pot seasoning packet in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and use once after opening the package.
