Ingredients:
Salt, sugar, spices (chili, galangal, tamarind) 9.8%, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate 621, disodium 5′-inosinate 631, disodium 5′-guanylate 627), tamarind, chili, acidity regulator (citric acid 330, malic acid 296), tapioca starch, palm oil, natural flavor (Tom Yum, fish sauce), yeast extract, pepper, anti-caking agent (amorphous silicon dioxide 551), natural color (parika oleoresin 160c), synthetic sweetener (acesulfame potassium 950), sucralose 955), spice powder.
Instructions for use:
50g for 1.5 liters of water (1.5 liters of water is about 6 cups). Saute onions and garlic with about 6 – 7 tablespoons of cooking oil. Add 1 tomato cut into wedges and 1/4 sliced pineapple and stir-fry until cooked. Boil 1.5 liters of water. Add 1 packet of Aji-Quick Thai Hot Pot Seasoning, stir well. Add a few crushed lemongrass stalks and lemon leaves for more flavor. Boil again and enjoy. Serve with seafood, meat, fish and vegetables.
