Instructions for use
Step 1: Marinate 1 packet of Aji-Quick® Braised Pork Seasoning with 300 g of meat, minced garlic and shallots for about 15 minutes
Step 2: Heat cooking oil, stir-fry meat for about 5 minutes until meat is firm
Step 3: Add 2/3 cup of water (150 ml), bring to a boil then reduce heat, continue to simmer for about 10 minutes or until sauce thickens
Ingredients: Sugar, flavor enhancer (monosodium L-glutamate, disodium 5′-ribonucleotide), salt, 3% fish sauce powder, anti-caking agent (amorphous silicon dioxide), natural flavor (fish sauce, brown sugar), synthetic color (group III caramel (ammonium caramel), beta-apo-carotenal), pepper, spice powder, natural color (annatto extract, norbixin-based), soy sauce powder, palm oil, garlic.
