Aji-Quick Crispy Flour is produced using Japanese technology to create crispiness from the inside out, helping fried food stay crispy and delicious longer.
Just dip the ingredients in the flour mixed with water, and you will have fried food with a crispy crust, while still retaining the soft sweetness of the ingredients.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, rice flour, flour treatment agent (distarch phosphate 1412), corn starch, stabilizer (trisodium citrate 331(iii), sodium hydrogen carbonate 500(ii), glucono delta – lactone 575), salt, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate 621), emulsifier (disodium diphosphate 450(i)).
Instructions for use: Mix 150g of flour with 150ml of water for 1kg of ingredients. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Expiry date: 12 months from the date of manufacture. Place of manufacture: Vietnam.
